Launchcraft privacy policy
Prepared October 2, 2026, for the hosted Launchcraft release.
Velora Software Consulting LLC provides Launchcraft's agent skills and optional hosted design tools. Contact support@velorasoftwareconsulting.cloud for product or privacy requests.
Design tools
When you choose a hosted tool, your agent sends the values needed for that task to our service on Vercel: color pairs, named design tokens, or a checklist topic. We process these values to return the result. Our application does not retain them or write request bodies to logs. Do not send confidential content, personal information, credentials, or private project names as token names.
The service does not fetch websites, read your project files, or receive your whole conversation automatically. Your host controls which tool arguments it sends. Skills can also work with your agent's other tools under your permissions.
Optional usage feedback
Usage reporting is optional and requires your explicit consent for each report. Using a skill does not imply consent. Design tools work without reporting. If you request a report, we increment a counter for the named skill in a daily UTC aggregate. We retain these daily counters for up to 90 days and use them to understand which skills people voluntarily report using.
These records contain only a date bucket, a skill name, and a count. We do not add conversation text, design inputs, account IDs, cookies, IP addresses, device fingerprints, or persistent user identifiers to these counters. We do not sell them or use them for advertising. Counts are stored in Upstash Redis and expire automatically. Reporting may be unavailable when storage is disabled or at its service limit; the tool tells you whether storage confirmed a report.
You can decline future reports. Because counts contain no individual identifier, we cannot find or remove one person's contribution from an existing aggregate. They are not installation counts or counts of unique users, and repeated or automated reports can affect their accuracy.
Hosting and service providers
Our website uses no advertising scripts, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels. Vercel delivers the website and tools and may process IP addresses, request metadata, and security or operational logs under its own controls. The absence of identifiers in our aggregate counters does not mean hosting providers never process network metadata. Upstash processes storage requests from our server. See Vercel's privacy policy and Upstash's privacy policy.
ChatGPT, Codex, other agent clients, and connected tools have their own terms, privacy settings, and retention policies. Manage conversation history and connected-tool permissions with the relevant provider.
Support
If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you send for the purpose of answering you. Do not include sensitive project material or credentials. Request removal of support correspondence at the same address; we will assess your request, including any applicable retention obligations. Email providers also process messages to deliver the correspondence.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change. Material new collection will require an updated disclosure and any consent required for that change.
